Hello All! Hello World!
Again, not sure where this one (and Volume One) came from really, but I woke up with an urge to make it. Perhaps it’s because I miss my grandmother, or perhaps it’s because I heard that the documentary Elvis Presley: The Searcher will debut on HBO in April, or maybe it’s just because I sometimes feel like a weirdo with a broken heart (which is what I was originally going to name this series of mixes); but whatever the reason hopefully this MixTape will help you hear why Elvis Presley’s voice could deliver to your old folks a new wet quiver and a reverberation in the guts. You should also be able to recognize that he surrounded himself with some of the finest musicians you will ever hear.
